Morthland Helps Resolve Problem at Dorrance Park

This story spotlights one of many examples of Rich’s constituent service as a Member of the Rock Island County Board and Commissioner for the Rock Island County Forest Preserve. Rich will continue to provide this kind of first rate service to voters of the 71st District when we elect him to become our next State Representative on November 2.
